Instead of sending out the typical boring "welcome back" letter to his students, Dwayne Reed, a first year teacher from Chicago, Illinois, stepped it up a few notches by writing and performing this catchy and cheerful rap song to introduce himself to his new students and welcome them to the fourth grade.
