In his latest video, Portland, Oregon-based musician Brian Kidd, aka "The Unipiper," chases a giant snitch dressed as Harry Potter, while performing the Harry Potter theme song on his famous flaming bagpipes, and riding a flying broomstick (electric mono scooter).
